This Policy may be subject to change from time to time and the revised copy is effective immediately upon posting to www. iristel.com.

    b) Unauthorized manipulation or alteration of Automatic Number Identification (ANI). Calls must originate from Customer’s assigned Iristel numbers within the provided trunk, and the caller ID must correspond to one of these numbers. Customers are explicitly prohibited from engaging in any activities, such as caller ID spoofing or identity theft, that involve the intentional modification, suppression, or falsification of ANI for deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes and any such activities shall be considered in violation of the terms and conditions governing the Service and this Policy.

    c) Auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax or voicemail broadcasting or fax or voicemail blasting.

    d) Transmitting text messaging spam, bulk unsolicited messages, unwanted telemarketing, promotional or informational messages, or any other form of unsolicited electronic communications without having procured the necessary consents, right and license from the recipients of such messages. Additionally, Customer shall not use the Services to send unwanted messages to any individuals who have asked to stop receiving messages through any medium. To the extent required by applicable law, Customer must track and record all such requests. Customer must also provide recipients of MMS/SMS messages with clear notice of their ability to opt-out from receiving any future text messages, by texting STOP in a stand-alone message with no additional characters or punctuation. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer shall not i) use the Services for, or in connection with sending pyramid schemes, chain letters, any mail in contravention of applicable law, altering or obscuring mail headers or assuming the identity of a sender without the explicit permission of that sender, ii) advocate, encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing activities in this Section.

Customer agrees to promptly cooperate with Iristel in any investigations to identify potential sources of illegal traffic and/or material, and shall otherwise take steps to combat the origination of any such traffic and/or material.

    2. Excessive Service Use

Iristel may consider excessive the use of Service where Customer exceeds the average client-base usage patterns, reasonably determined by Iristel from time to time upon a network usage analysis, in conjunction with other factors that can adversely impact other Iristel customers or the Iristel network.

Voice plans, including those marked as “Unlimited”, are subject to an aggregated monthly use limit of 3000 minutes.

Internet plans are subject to a monthly data limit of 500 GB for business users and 300 GB for residential users. Iristel may also consider excessive use of its Internet Service any circumstance where the Customer is running an application that places excessive bandwidth demands.

    3. Violation of this Policy

If Customer is in violation of this Policy, Iristel reserves the right to take immediate corrective action, without advance notice, as necessary in Iristel’s reasonable opinion, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the Services, legal action, or reporting illegal activities to the relevant authorities.

The failure of Iristel at any time to enforce any provision of this Policy in any one instance shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any such provision as to any other instance, and the same shall continue in full force and effect.

    WIRELESS REASONABLE USE POLICY

You may use the Services only for your own lawful purposes. We may from time to time set out use policies and guidelines for the use of Services. Services cannot be used for transmitting or receiving any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, racially or ethnically disparaging remarks. This includes, but is not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national or international law.

We have built our network around sustaining high-speed data services; however, in times of network congestion, to ensure the best service experience for the majority of our customers, we reserve the right to prioritize the allocation of network resources to customers whose usage is below 10GB in a given month for satellite-served home network locations, below 20GB for non-satellite-served home network locations, or below 4GB while roaming outside the Iristel Wireless home network. There may be other factors such as weather, signal strength, device capabilities, technical limitations, or outages that could affect your data speed.

You must note that the service is provided for regular commercial and/or residential use only and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service if you are in breach of any use policies.
